Brake fluid is the most often overlooked safety item in a car. It can accumulate moisture which contaminates the fluid and deteriorates the components. Have us flush your brake fluid every 2 years or 30,000 miles.
The front brakes of your car or truck provide most of your stopping power. It's not something you think about very often, but your brakes should always be in top working condition. Your disc brake pads should have at least 1/4" of the pad left. If you experience reduced response, grinding or vibration have us check them out right away.
Even though your front brakes provide most of the stopping, your rear brakes suffer wear and tear as well. If you hear squealing or grinding sounds, then you need to replace your brake pads. If your rear brakes shake, then you may need to completely replace the rotors.
