James, thanks for the outstanding work that your technicians performed on my 21 year old C280 Mercedes Benz. I am happy that the life of my car has been extended and the engine and transmission now communicate in harmony. This is big improvement over when I had my car towed to your Premier Garage When the car would not shift beyond 1st gear. Now my Mercedes functions much like it did when new. Again I thank you and your technicians.

I came here to get my AC fixed after having the exact same problem done at another place about a year earlier. I went in on a Saturday before I was heading out of town and although he politely told me they were booked up for the day he would be happy to get to it on Monday. I brought it in with the expectation they would be busy on the weekend anyway, so that was no problem.
Monday morning first thing I got a call telling me they found the problem and how much it would be to fix it. If they found anything else he would call me again before doing additional work otherwise it would be good to pick up by the end of the day. Thankfully they didn't find anything else.
Fast reasonable service with none of the BS pushed on you by the chain places. I will be doing business with them in the future.

I had my car at another shop for eight months for repair. Not only could they not figure out what was wrong with it, they finally told me they couldn't fix it. So I took it to Premier. What a difference. They diagnosed the problems in about two hours and had it fixed in two days! My new go to shop is Premier. They are friendly, courteous and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend their shop to anyone needing service. They're the best.

Absolute friendliest repair shop I have ever been to. All I needed was a simple oil change & inspection, but also had a question about a car issue I've been having. Very informative-I will be bringing my car back in the next week or so to let them fix the issue. Finally found a shop I feel I can trust. Only took one visit to convince me that this is the way you should be taken care of when having your car worked on.

These guys aren't your normal type of auto repair center! They actually care about your vehicle needs and will tell it to you straight from the get-go because they know what customer service should be about. You could say they're a kind of 'throwback' to the days when your repair guy knew your name and he cared about your money as much as your business. James and his crew have shown nothing but respect for my business and my vehicle, and that's what keeps me coming back to their business instead of trying to go to the dealership where everything always seems to cost more than it really should. The only drawback I can think of when it comes to this place is that if you need a quick oil change, you will definitely have a hard time coming here because they're always busy and that's definitely not a bad thing!
